Distant Earth is a talented 5 piece prog rock covers band from the British Midlands whose members have a real love of music in many forms, but especially prog. Influenced by the great prog rock classics of their youth, their love of this music continues and is reflected in their performances, playing music from many prog, proto-prog, and post-prog bands from the last 50 years. The music selection is intended to cater for a wide range of tastes, not just prog fans.

Distant Earth consists of five very experienced musicians who know that terrific performances are created from the energy and commitment to play great music, along with an abundant dose of fun and entertainment, all backed up with a professional approach.
